  • Responsible for all business decisions and operations

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AXIOMNEX'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS, DAMAGES, LOSSES, OR EXPENSES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF AXIOMLAUNCH SERVICES IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO AXIOMNEX IN THE 12 MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Axiomnex is not liable for: indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages; lost profits or lost business opportunities; business failure or capital loss; legal fees or regulatory penalties; decisions made based on AI-generated content.
