Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Legal Entity & Jurisdiction
AxiomLaunch is operated by separate legal entities depending on your location:
Canadian Users (CAD transactions)
- Entity: Axiomnex Inc. (Federal CBCA)
- Governing Law: Federal Canadian law and Ontario law
US & International Users (USD/EUR transactions)
- Entity: Axiomnex Inc. (Delaware, File No. 10298646)
- Governing Law: Delaware law, United States
The applicable entity is determined at purchase time based on your billing country. All refunds and disputes are handled by the entity that processed your payment.
2. Cancellation Policy
Subscriptions
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. When you cancel:
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- You retain full access until the end of the period you paid for
- No further charges after your current period ends
- No automatic refund is triggered
- No cancellation fees
One-Time Purchases
One-time digital services cannot be canceled once service delivery has begun. Once you have received or accessed digital goods (documents, AI outputs, etc.), the purchase is considered complete.
3. Refund Policy
7-Day Refund Window
We offer refunds within 7 calendar days of your initial purchase date, only if all of the following conditions are met:
- ✓No government filings submitted, queued, or completed
- ✓No government fees or third-party fees paid
- ✓No finalized documents exported or downloaded
- ✓AI features have not been used excessively
If all conditions are met, you will receive a full refund within 5-10 business days.
After 7 Days
After the 7-day window, refunds are not guaranteed and are issued strictly at Axiomnex's sole discretion on a case-by-case basis.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are NEVER refundable:
- Government fees — once paid to government agencies
- Third-party fees — NUANS reports, name reservations, etc.
- Digital goods delivered — AI outputs, documents, analyses
- Rush processing fees — once processing has begun
- Service fees after filing submission — regardless of outcome
5. How to Request a Refund
- Contact support at support@axiomnex.com
- Provide your invoice number, purchase date, and reason for refund
- Wait for review (2-3 business days)
- Receive confirmation and refund processing (if approved)
Important: Please contact support before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. Chargebacks without prior contact may result in account suspension.
6. Abuse Prevention
Axiomnex reserves the right to deny refunds and suspend accounts for:
- Repeat refund behavior across multiple purchases
- Excessive service usage before refund request
- Abuse, fraud, or manipulation of the refund system
- Bad-faith chargebacks without contacting support
7. Processing Time
- Refund processing: 5-10 business days after approval
- Method: Original payment method
- Currency: Same as original payment

This policy complies with US federal consumer protection laws, Canadian Consumer Protection Act, and applicable international consumer protection laws. Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.
