Our authentication is provided by Clerk. We do not store your password. Clerk manages:

• Password (hashed, never accessible to us)
• Multi-factor authentication settings
• OAuth connections (Google, GitHub, etc.)

2.2 Profile Data (Managed by AxiomLaunch)

We collect minimal personal profile data:

• Display name (optional)
• Avatar/profile image (optional)
• Language preference (auto-detected)
• Theme preference (default: dark)
• Timezone (auto-detected)

We do NOT collect: Legal name, phone number, address, or business details on your profile.

2.3 Business/Project Data

Business data is collected only when you create projects or use specific features:

• Business ideas and preferences (AI Helper)
• Company formation details (Incorporation flow)
• Compliance records (Compliance features)
• Documents you upload or generate

2.4 Automatically Collected Data

• IP address (for consent audit trails)
• Browser user agent (for consent records)
• Country (derived from IP, for entity routing)
• Timezone changes (for compliance deadlines)
